Immediately upon entering the building, Mr. Sanyang was most personable and welcoming. Thereafter, the customer service presented proved to be stellar which exceeded my greatest expectations with the overall experience and customer care. As a brand new business customer, overall I'm very impressed thus far!

When I come into a bank with a serious security concern regard a hacked account, having been told to rush to a bank by a PNC employee over the phone, I expect someone to actually address my concerns. These people were too busy with their very important lunch plans to do much of anything. Since Kawsu left this branch is the worst managed branch I've seen in Atlanta. I hope the situation improves as otherwise I like banking with PNC. Off to the Northlake Branch where they do a much better job. 03/20

Smh I will just go to the National Reserves. This caucasian branch manager by the name Julie told me that I could not get my money out because I had a temporary license that the state of Georgia gave me she told me that I was creating. perjury I also asked her what law was I breaking and what Federal Regulation states that I could not get my money out she could not provide one law I asked her what was her vice president formation she stated that she did not have one then she had an assistant branch manager by the name of Jacob keep hanging up phone up on me I had to contact another branch in Decatur Georgia for them to get me a branch manager. Vp to reach back out to me please do not bank with PNC it's a racist establishment

It is now 11 years and I continue to only have positive comments re my relationship with the PNC Bank/Tucker family, even though the current branch manager and some others are newer employees of approx. 2 years. I make every effort to be a positive person and not a complainer (which is not my style anyway). I have had very successful assistance with several matters, and I always present as a warm, friendly person. My relationship with the employees was not as close & part of the family as it is now; however, they were friendly, helpful, and professional 11 years ago,, and continue to be.nMarch 08, 2021nnThe people here are the friendliest & most personable that I have ever done business (banking) with. As a customer of several years, they recognize me & know my name; this has been the case with fairly new employees as well. I am always greeted with a warm hello, smile, and excellent customer service. Of course, I greet them in the same manner. Most of all, my needs are always met and questions answered, as well as being offered other services.
