Unhappy with the company that took $500 appraisal fee for mortgage refinance that has never been done!!!!! nothing has to do with location just the company. It was at the beggining of pandemic we kept getting a phone call from BOA about refinancing a mortgage that we are going to get a better deal. As per we told we visited this location and it seems a better deal we locked it down the rate just incase it went up, and paid the appraisal fee. After that they start sending a paperwork that has diffrent rates which is higher than what we've told and written on the paper at the beggining ,which is odd. We decided to cancel the refinance program, what is the point of refinancing if you are paying more than the current payment you are paying. if we knew rate is going to be fluctuate after we locked it down we wouldn't pay the appraisal fee! They don't even bother to refund $500. very sad during this time to loss $500 for nothing !! you want the money but we need it!!!

Nothing but positive things to say at the Bank of America yes they do have a drive up ATM and for the most part never had a problem with them have a good day I hope this helps with your questions nothing but very professional service there you are definitely not going to be let down when you visit your Bank of America with the drive up ATM in Tucker Georgia thank you
Just called the customer service to make an appointment on Saturday but they said they don't work on Saturdays. Okay, I understand but I was going to ask for another day and they hanged up on me!
