I originally opened my account with Chase bank, at the South Hairston branch, after relocating here to Georgia, from another state, in 2018. I have always found the staff and management there, to be very friendly and attendant to my needs.
Manager and staff members have absolutely no regard for customers. They stood around talking and laughing, while I waited 40 minutes for a simple notary. Bank not busy in the least. Staff seems to view customers as having nothing else to do but sit in the lobby area until the employees decide to do their jobs. I finally left and will never go back! Needless to say, my document did not get notarized. You’ll never find this level of unprofessionalism and ignorance at another Chase. Ghetto mentality manager and staff!!! I wish I could give negative 10 stars...
