I had a decent experience. By no means was it great as they took a long time to get what I needed. However it’s wasn’t horrible either. I would come back again as the location is easy and parking is great. The detached ATM makes it easy to use and puts the traffic away from the building; nice touch.

The manager doesn’t know what she’s doing. I came in to schedule an appointment with my client & she went off trying to re-invent the wheel about check endorsements. Waste of time. She didn’t even attempt to write her wrongs, gave me my document back (one of which she threw away??) & a business card, no explanation. Ridiculous.

Today I opened a well fargo account and was issued a temporary card, I was told I could use the card untill my bank card came in. I tried a merchant and was told there was an error message of card encryption. So I called wells fargo just to be told its the merchant..so than l went back to a wells Fargo where I was told the card is fine. Tried another merchant decline, declined every merchant I tried...called wells Fargo again but now its night, finally I'm told that the Temporary card DOESN'T WORK AT MERCHANTS, ONLY ONLINE!!!! Why did it take 4 different Well Fargo's to get that information. 2 calls to the call center and 2 different branches...that is insane needless to say I very much regret opening an account with Well Fargo.

Been sitting on the drive-through line for almost 30 min trapped. No one is moving. They take this slow southern lifestyle way too seriously....nEdit: 14 minutes have passed and I am still here...
