I want to put 0 stars I’ve been with this bank for 4 days and I am already experiencing fraud transactions. Spoke to someone that said my account was put on hold because I made a purchase outside my regular spending and I still don’t know how y’all can possibly know my regular spending in 4 days. I’m currently on hold for the fraud department for 57 minutes and they just place you on a hold line and it’s complete silence..it’s no warm welcoming music while u wait...there is no one to check to make sure you’re still ok with waiting almost a hour..sad I’ve had to call back 5 times
