THE ONLY SUNTRUST I GO TO! Came there and Muhammad assisted me and I left in no time! Miss Hazel is so sweet too.
Today I drove by to deposit. I counted my deposit and put it into the tube. The deposit was off by $320 mind me I just counted it. This is not the first time it happens to me and their response was they counted it with another teller. I don’t trust the branch.
Open late on weekdays on multiple occasions. Lack of consistency and dependability. Had to go to other branches to make deposits and handle transactions because this branch would not open on time that was stated on website. Very unprofessional.
Consistently have good service here. The tellers even know my name and greet me when I walk in. I always go to this location.
Hazel is the best! I’ll keep going just because she’s there. She helped me with my services in a timely manner and was very understanding.
