Security guard at door always acts unfriendly towards me. Not enough staff. Basically they left it to the refugees and refuse to manage it properly
ATTENTION: CORPORATEOFF OFFICE!!...THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. IVE BEEN WAITINGFOR 36 MIN STILL WAITING .....SAD.... Customer service is like not available. It's really sad for people that have to go to work and only have a 30 minute lunch from work. We have to wait for longer than 30 minutes just to see a teller. Helpless and incompetent staff I have to pay late fees because they can’t cash a check they don’t care I have a account with them very poor service
This bank has the absolutely slowest staff I have ever encountered at any BOA location. The manager is not pleasant. The tellers are having random conversations with each other and the line is almost out the door. Totally ridiculous
Have you ever seen more employees on the floor walking around but you still have to wait 2 hrs to get the help you need? And they try to catch an attitude and treat you like a child?... not to mention I waited 3 hrs just to be told they can’t do it. Yupppp.... this is that spot!!!!!!!! Whatever y’all do please please please don’t ever go to this location!!!!
