I absolutely love this location!! The store is very organized and clean. The customer service is beyond words!! I’ve been twice and both times I was very impressed! They greet you when you walk in the door. Also, if they’re busy they apologize for wait.nnI’m big on customer service, so no matter where I’m at I will travel to this location. I have a small business where I create beautiful candy arrangements. I had to ship 3 arrangements, my hands were full getting out of the car, and I received the best service from Erica while I was there. She held the door open for me while I was holding everything I was shipping. She was patient, kind, and friendly. I was blown away at the level of service she provided. This is also not my first time at this location. Each time I’ve been at this location I have received the best service. There is a great team at this location.
New location, new owners but definitely operate their business as if they've been in business for 20+ years. Very informative and courteous. I visited to send a package and met one of the owners who was so friendly. After speaking with her for 5 min, I felt like a longtime friend/family member and I decided to open a mailbox with their location instead of my usual dropff location (whom I've dealt with for 2+ years). I highly recommend this Hampton UPS Store location.
The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I will ship more and more here. Thank you for such a wonderful experience
Amazing service at this location! Erica Jones was very helpful and she gave each customer attention to make sure everyone was taken care of. The entire staff worked together double teaming customers to make sure no one was ignored or had to wait long. Very good customer service; they were patient and very nice.
