I've never had such an unprofessional experience at any other Beauty Supply store. Two employees, Stephanie and Chris Stephanie provided horrible customer service meanwhile I could loudly clearly hear them arguing and cursing while customers were on the floor. When I asked their names they were reluctant to provide them to me and I had to wait to get them from another employee. I come to the Beauty star to get conditioner, not to watch Bad Girls' Club live in action. Please do better.

I will never ever go in this ignorant place again...I had coins to give to the cashier so I slid the change to her after I counted it meaning no harm about it, she looked at me and rudely said “Can you pick up the change and put it in my hand” I meant no harm by doing that and that’s what I told her...she continued to be rude and malicious about it. When I got to the car I called and asked for the store manager’s name, the same girl answered the phone and hung up on me.

Shay was phenomenal. I called in advance to see if they had a product I couldn't find in any of the local stores. Not only did she find me to products that match the description, she gave me the prices over the phone. I told her that I was going to be coming in later, she had both options available for me right then. Her customer service was on point! They also have a huge selection. You have got to come by the store!

Staff is terrible. Especially the young girl that acts like she owns the place..Everytime I go in she makes an issue.Inflated prices.
