I went here on Friday October 2 after coming on Thursday and on Thursday I had the worst experience it was a heavier set women that didn’t get up to greet me or anything she was on her phone the whole time so I ended up leaving and coming back I have never felt so welcomed and so appreciated, I switched my family Plan from metro and the young lady I believe her name was Yari was not only helpful but patient, one second she only had me and the next she had a store full of people but as she was helping me she was helping the rest and was able to multitask, she helped me understand what I had to do as well as engaged in a conversation with me. She even complimented me on being a good mom because of some of the stuff I was sharing with her, we need more people like her !!
Bad very bad, i went her to buy a new phone and this lady was rude talking under her breath doesnt have manners for customers and was cursing to. And some ppl said she is so rude. she said she doesnt like her job then work someone where else and learn how to respect,ud83dude18ud83dudc80
customer service is horrible. The girl who attended me was very rude, I do not recommend that store.
Ciara was very helpful and informative. I had a ton of questions and she answered each one effectively and politely. She helped me find exactly what I needed. Great customer service!
I switched companies, I know that boost mobile is not the best in the world. But down down play the company I came from to make your company look good because so far since the switch I have had nothing but problems with boost mobile.... It gets one star cause of the service not the location in general
