I've used these guys a good bit over the years. Not sure what kind of service the people below are expecting who are giving them bad reviews, but I've always gotten help whenever I needed it there. Fair prices, in my opinion, they have great customer service. Its a pawn shop, not walmart, if you want a 30+day return policy, pay full price from one of those places.nI pawned a gun a few years back & needed a little extra time to make the payment & they worked with me. What more could I have asked for?

Wish I could leave a lower review. Waited on the clerk to finish his personal conversation with his friend because I wanted to buy a nice watch they had in stock. Well, he never even acknowledged my presence and moved on to a man who had just walked in to start another personal conversation. Obviously they don't want to make any money here because this is not the first time (this was their second chance by me). Avoid if you value your time.

Buyed a $200 xbox one s then got home didn't even turn on not only the the controller wouldn't turn on ether on top of that was going to sell them my original xbox one said since it's an older model only going to give me $20 for it

Sold me a AC unit. Stopped working in less then a week and refused to refund me or help in any way. Calling the better business bureau on them.
