Nice people,was late for my appointment and I was taking in immediately and got unloaded in less than 30 minutes

The people are nice there. I didn't come in contact with anyone who wasn't. Unfortunately, the load I was picking up wasn't ready on time. That could very well have been to a number of reasons that aren't their fault so I won't say anything negative about it. Just stating the fact that I had to go there more than once to pick up what my dispatch said should be ready. Could be a broker thing. Could be they're ramping up for Christmas and just overextended. The friendliness and attitudes of the employees made it tolerable instead of exacerbating it. Even the guards were friendly and courteous. I'd pick up there again. Your mileage may vary. Container freight seemed to roll in and out seamlessly. I had a dry van.

I came here to pickup a load around 10:30 am, , first 3hr nobody looked at my trailer, when they start loading they never finished loading, took 3hr to load. So i am leaving now @5:15 pm, this Company is good for only dropped Trailers.
