Brought some Asics in store, for some reason these shoes were not comfortable to my feet while walking. I took them back, no problem, because I had worn them I was able to get store credit. Overall nice staff work here.
The salesperson stood in the aisle and watched me. There were others in the store but I guess I was the only one who looked like I was going to take something w/o paying. Famous Footwear lost a few hundred dollars today as I was looking to buy new Birkenstocks for my husband, my son, and me. I won't spend my $$ in a store that blatantly profiles. #NotTodayKaren.
Will never shop here again told my mom that she had to leave the store even though we told them 2 TIMES she has a MEDICAL CONDITION to where she can't wear a mask. Manager told us it didn't matter and that she couldn't do unless she put one on and was extremely rude!!!
Very pleased, they had the style I was looking for. They did not have the color and size I wanted so I was offered to get them shipped to me for free which took 3 days to receive. I also liked the buy one get one half off deal and I used a 5 dollars off coupon too! The woman working was pleasant and helpful. Defiantly will shop here again!
