I think they need more skilled groomers. The groomer nicked my dogs ears and didn’t have the decency to inform me. Noticed her ears were bleeding when I got her in the car and they continued to bleed throughout the night.nnUpdate: While I appreciate your prompt response, the knots the groomer and I discussed were on the top of Stella’s head and near the back of her ears closer to her scalp that would result in her not being able to keep a poodle cut, not at the tip of her ears where she was nicked. And the extent to which she was nicked is just negligence. Stella has been cut by skilled groomers prior with much more matting behind her ears and it has not once ever resulted in this. It was evident before I left the salon; however, I did not realize the extent to which one was cut until we got in the car. She absolutely adores the treats at the store, but the grooming leaves much to be desired.
My fur baby actually enjoyed going here. The staff is awesome and listens to what you want and need. Huge variety of home made snacks and food. Highly recommend.
In the past, service has been great. Today, however, I was very disappointed in the customer service. My dog has been a loyal customer since the Pooler location opened. I referred my sister & her dog to Woofgang since they just moved to town. Today, due to unforeseen traffic issues my goldendoodle & my sister's goldendoodle arrived at 8:17 for 8:00 & 8:15 appointments. They were already scheduled to stay there ALL day & I was scheduled to pick them up after school today (I am a teacher). They refused to take my dog (who has been a customer since opening), but took my sister's dog (whom I referred). Needless to say that after today, they just lost 2 large dog customers at once. Neither of us will be bringing our dogs back. Also, when I called to express my disappointment, the lady I spoke with on the phone was unsympathetic & rude!
So glad to have found Xina! She is so patient and professional with our rescue Scarlett!
The girl at the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. My pups love their treats (I have one that can only eat organic treats). I will continue to buy goodies for my babies from them.
