I have been trying to call regarding my account the past 2 weeks and always get left on hold for upwards of 30 mins, or more. My password always needs reset for mobile and online banking. Definitely going to Wells Fargo.
This is the worst bank if you own a small business. Cannot get ahold of anybody to open credit limits so you can purchase stuff needed to make money. 10/10 would not ever recommend. Currently been on the phone for half the day just trying to close my account.

Friendly, helpful & honest are just a few words to describe the members of this branch. Despite the name changes over the years, the quality of services offered has never gone down. It has been and remains still one of the best places to bank.
