KCS Heating and Cooling did an amazing job of assisting me with my faulty AC unit. They were very helpful when it came to providing quotes, and providing me with any information I needed for my insurance company.nnI would highly recommend Eddie and his group to anyone.

Words alone cannot describe the most excellent HVAC experience ever. Last year Eddie came out to my house (45 min drive) at 5 in the evening (on Friday!) to get our AC working again. He even had to run get a part!! I was expecting a bill for $500 but it was half that! This year, the same problem occurred (user error again) while he was out of town. He walked me through the steps to problem solve (WHILE HE WAS DRIVING) and told me how to fix the problem. I was SUCCESSFUL!!! He tried every way he could to save me money! He even called a buddy to come out to my house to help me save money but luckily his instruction saved that bit as well!! I would highly recommend!!! My air conditioner went out and they came out and fixed it quickly and efficiently. They will be taking care of all my heating and air needs in the future!!! Excellent service and great prices!!

He is a trustworthy, reliable, honest & very dependable company KCS Heating and Cooling company. I would never dream of using anyone else. Being a widow almost all companies will try to fast talk to see how much they can take from me. (Like when I had a dodge avenger every time I took it in it to be serviced, the man would sale me points & fuel injector. After I sold the car I found out it didn't have Points & fuel injector didn't go out that often. Not funny I could have been your mother or daughter).nBut back to KCS another company said I needed to change it all out, KCS said no he fixed & replaced what need to be and instantly changed my power bill. When he left I didn't feel broke and worried about tomorrow. I would recommend this company to anyone especially to my loved ones.
