I had an account with BOA for 10+ years until today. I tried to cash a check and they told me I had to call ahead to order the money. This is a bank. I thought they had money at banks....I ended up going across the street to TD Bank. I am very happy with TD Bank and I look forward to doing business with them from now on. Anyone looking for a better banking experience should walk across the street.
They never have enough people working the front so annoying because it's ALL THE TIME! why can't the other associates can't help when they see they have too many people in line they're just sitting at the desk I'm sure they're fully trained to do that or things please find this branch more help
Very unprofessional very well on organized they need a better management don’t waste time to go to this bank go somewhere else
Just wasted 30 minutes of my time, including others customer that already were for almost 2 hours waiting. Wow I'm closing my account with Bank of America.
Very kind and nice but didn't solve the entirety of the issue and Robert the manager refused to help after only trying a quick fix instead of contacting corporate to handle the situation properly
