If I could give a zero or negative star- would have chosen that. Really useless branch. They don't provide much help to the customers. I went to them for notary service but they refused to notarize the documents. I got the same documents notarized from Wells Fargo across the street without any issue. They are really not helpful to their customers. Recently, I visited their branch again for Proof of Fund document. They said they can not provide any other document except the printed copy of the statement. I had to call another Chase branch and had them ship me the document overnight. If you have any document related needs, this is not the branch you would like to visit.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! The worst banking experience I have ever had was here at this branch! Beware!!! On Friday 11/13/20 I brought my wife in to add her to the account, simple right?! Well, the person who helped us screwed up the paperwork (did not submit the social security verification form) and my account got locked! On Wednesday 11/18/20 I was back here again and the person who helped me this time assured me that she discovered and corrected the problem and that all would be back to normal in a couple of days.. on Friday 11/20/20 I was assured over the phone by customer service that it was being processed.. on Monday 11/23/20 I was told by someone else at customer service that the department that handles these matters is gone until 11/30/20!!! I come back to the bank today Wednesday 11/25/20 to see what the hell is going on only to discover that my account has been closed!!! I took $7000 across the street to Suntrust and opened a new joint account, the whole transaction was smooth and seamless!!! Chase held my money, my life, hostage for 2 weeks because of an employee error!!! Bills didnt get auto paid, deposits were delayed, and in the end they didnt even bother to try and make it right!!! Their attitudes and the atmosphere here sucks!!! STAY AWAY!!!

We recently moved to Lake Mary and needed to open a new account, as our previous bank does not have any locations in the Orlando area. Michael Lopez was very helpful on opening a checking and savings account for us. Maybe we just timed it right, but we did not have a wait.nnGreat experience so far.

Very disappointed with the service today from the Chase employee. She refused to notarize a straight forward document saying bank had stopped doing notary. I wonder the same thing i got notarized by another one. I am very disappointed because Chase was my bank from beginning and this simple thing they denied with no proper justification. I am going to close the chase account :(
