I've been using WF for years. This location isn't too bad. It's a lot faster than other locations I've been to. Customer service is good. Drive thru can be slow at lunchtime.

Went in to close 2 accounts the employee said I had to come back the next day to close it out, when the 1800 number said just pop into any Wells Fargo and they will close it. It took 3 hours to close 2 accounts and had to see the branch manager to do it! Then Wells Fargo blew up my phone trying to get me back. Big Banks are the worst I hope WF fails

BEWARE!!! I have renter paying rent thru direct deposit from his payroll check. Branch mgr Marc L. refused to give me my money out of this account Yesterday, Friday, May 16th. This is his policy, contacted corporate office and they say he has that right. Germany did the same in 1938. Wells Fargo management says each branch manager makes their own policies with guidelines from corporate office(very similar to franchises.nWent to 434 location and they gave me my money with no hassles. I’m closing my account As well as my 2 cousins with Wells Fargo bank. REMEMBER, the Montgomery location should also be a concern for you. I gave 1 STAR because that’s the lowest I could give. Good luck, you have been warned.

Was treated like a criminal by this branch. Been with the bank for 20 years. Needed to transfer funds from my mother's (74yr old) WF account to my WF account using the drive-thru with mom in the vehicle. Teller insisted my mom come in the bank. We refused due to COVID pandemic. Went to another WF branch (Wekiva Springs & Semoran) drive-thru with same request, same language, same amount. No problem and was treated respectfully. We are leaving Wells Fargo
