Called to discuss about closed account to no avail. My calls were not answered. This location needs a review by BofA for many complaints about their services. It would be better off closing this location, for luck of banking service. It is frustrating when you can't find anyone to answer the phone, for questions I have.
I have been living here over a year and I don’t see this bank around, this location need to be updated! Stop misleading poor people to nowhere!

this bank was so so amazing! the management in this branch is so amazing! Mrs. Rios was the most helpful person i have encountered at a bank so far! she took the time to assist me and with an outstanding personality! she was so amazing! thank you very much!! highly recommend this branch!
Have been here twice (tried to avoid after first experience). Tellers are ever so sloooooooooooow and appear to be proud of it. Watching them work is like watching paint dry on a humid day.
