This is my 1st time opening an account and this bank leave a bad taste in my mouth. I applied for an account and was told that the card will come in 7days,after almost 2 weeks I called in to them and was told that the card was already received and was activated. I never received the card and they fail to do an investigation to see what really happened to my card. All they can do is cancel and send another card and I don’t know how long that will take. This is so unacceptable!

We had a problem with someone hacking our account. We went to see James Ortiz. Within 2 days he had our account corrected and the balance fixed. What excellent service he provided!
A great bank with great staff at every branch.
Website says drive thru open 9to12 on saturdays. Went there this am at 9:15, drive thru was closed. Sign in window says closed saturdays & sundays. Please update your hours online. Frustrated customer!!!
