Everytime I go here, they’re always closed but the atm is open. However all the other Bank of America’s I go to other than this one are open but further away
Driving around all over town trying to find a branch that’s open and the automated phone service is a joke. I’m about through with Bank of America I’m going to close my accounts and go somewhere else!
New bank rules are not customer friendly!
I went about 4 times in the last couple of weeks and all the teller lines were closed every single time, the windows had the shades pulled closed forcing you to go inside and then there was only (1) associate working inside. I went tonight after hours to try to make a deposit in the ATM and both outside machines were out of order. Never seen such a thing.
I would rate one star if the cashier ladies weren't so nice to me, but their branch only ever has one line open with a line almost out of the door anytime I've gone. And there is always at least two other ladies walking around that could be assisting behind the counter. Poor management honestly , but very friendly people.
