Bank app needs work. But the staff is Amazing!

Why is it that EVERY time I call I get put on hold for 20 minuets, I give my info just to be put on hold for another 20 minutes and then they can't help me so they give me a number to call that no one answers. Twice already they have sent us letters saying we have no insurance on our home when in fact we do , so they threaten to buy insurance them selves at a higher cost than what we already pay we tried to fix the problem but we get the runaround on the phone every time ,so with we have to go to main branch to talk to the bank President . The right hand dosent know what the left hand is doing Get it together!
I always go in the morning or after lunch hours. Never had a problem. They are very kind & helpful. (I don't go during rush hours because I know its going to be busy.. wherever you go)
With 6 employees cars in the parking lot and the lobby closed you would think one of them would have enough brains to open a second drive threw lane when cars are wrapped around the building
