Worst bank branch ever!!!!!! I'm still sitting here and it's been over an hour. All I hear is they will be ready in 5 minutes.. looking for new bank

I am not sure why their ratings are so low but I must say I received 5 star service today. I am new to the area so this was my first time at this location and I must say they did not disappoint. From start to finish great customer service was delivered to me. Josh was my personal banker and made the experience even more personal by going above and beyond with his personality and service. Thank You Josh!

Rude and unprofessional teller number 2 (lady with Caribbean accent) gave my father and I a very hard time when I tried to help dad withdrawal his monthly social security benefit!!!!! For a long time, i always go together with my father due to his age (80) to take money out for him and NEVER had any problems!!!!! This woman today must of had a bad day because as soon as we get to her counter we can sense she’s not friendly or professional. Her Attitude made us think she owns the bank or something. She didn’t like it when i done all the talking for my father but she is so wrong to judge someone who is 80 years old with a mask on and English is his second language. That’s why i am always there to help him! But anyways on our way out we requested from the security guard for an appointment with the banker to close my dad’s account after 25 years with BOA. This is unacceptable to treat a customer.

What kind of bankis this!! No drive thru! Then shorter hours...and now closed on Thursdays!! This location is a joke...they want your money, but give you 6 hrs x 4 days service!! I've already moved my banking to Wells Fargo! No problems in 10 years now...was Wachovia...I still have clients and subs that use Bank ofAmerica...
