Theresa is probably the best sales person I have ever come across while retail shopping. I love to be left alone while shopping but she got me to purchase more things for my pup in the most non intrusive way. Petco should be happy to have her.
Nothing is easy to find, some days you will find a person who works there to help, and other you are searching for 20 minutes for one thing. Check out they are nice but they have food for pets on the floor you must have a prescription for which makes no sense to me if it is prescription required it should be in a locked case or behind the counter not just out on shelves with no sign saying prescription required. Other wise clean store.
I like being able to order on line & pick up at my convenience. Very handy, especially during pandemic times. Nice & easy!
Tony, that works in the aquatics department is knowledgeable and assisted us with adding more tetras to our family aquarium! Your store is always out of the items I need/ want so that I can get 25% off by ordering online and picking up in the store. Im never able to use that promo because the items are not available. I end up using Chewy instead because they have the products in stock and are delivered the next day with free shipping.
