Went for help with a wire transfer and was told there was nobody to help me yet the bank was empty.
Do not use this Bank! This Bank refuses to put a button door for people in wheelchairs. At least one door should be wheelchair accessible. They claim that the doors are wheelchair accessible but they are on willing to give the details of the people who tested the doors for ADA compliance. They have closed off the drive-through tellers at this location. I am not the only person that needs an automatic button door. The supermarket doors next door open just fine. Put in a button door! Long-time customer considering changing Banks.
Angela Chancey is awesome, and so are the rest of the staff at this bank location. 5 stars guys keep up the great work
Does not answer phone calls. Manager interrupts customer frequently when expressing concerns.
Always helpful could use an extra teller first of month
