I have done business with this branch for over 5 years. Customer service is A plus. In fact I left Chase Bank in St Petersburg due to poor service and response. Thank you Park Street for your service. Just to conclude the tellers make this branch great.

Went in to open a savings account and asked if it would show up on my credit report. Mike assured me it would be a soft hit and would fall off my credit report in a month or two. Six months later it is still on credit report. Went in and spoke with Mike and he gave me a customer service # and found out after calling customer service that it is a hard hit on my credit report and will be on there for 2 years instead of 2 months. Mike is a liar and is a weak employee at BB&T.
