Even though all of the banking is done at the drive thru now because of Covid 19 this group of professionals take care of their customers' every need. In some cases there is a need to enter the branch for a service and the appointment is made fast and convenient. Customer service is great!ud83dudc31

My family has been banking here for thirty years. The Seminole location is always an inconvenience. No matter what the transaction is they find a way to make it a terrible experience. I never have trouble at the other branches and the customer service is much better. I feel like this is a direct reflection on the branch manager and should be brought to corporates attention.

I love banking at First Home! The staff gets to know you and you always have someone to help you with any banking issues you may have. Unlike larger national banks that are impersonal, they always go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I would never bank anywhere else.

I have been waiting over a month for a new debit card to be printed out in the office!!! I was told only at the locations in the area can do it!!!
