Ashleigh was amazing when other branches couldn’t assist me. I was close to closing my account but she saved the day and kept another customer happy!!!nThank You

I’m not very well versed in understanding the terms of transfers and/or loans, not am I stellar when it comes to utilizing their app (which is now not difficult after being guided). I didn’t know what I wanted or needed so I called BB&T in Seminole, told Ashley what was going on, and she mathematically calculated what the best route for ME would be. She did not press for anything new, she offered the options and thoroughly explained. I’ve worked with Ashley both over the phone and in person, she is as genuine as can be and takes customer service to the next level.

Only gave them one star because that’s the lowest I can go. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. Manager is Miserable at her home so she brings the negativity to work and takes It out On the employees! BANK ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Wells Fargo is even across the street. Or SunTrust is the other way across the street!

I have been using this bank for years.. They are very professional & helpful. Michelle & Sophia have been there a long time and they know their customers. Brightens my day to go in there. Always get treated with respect.

I got out of Suntrust and went with BB&T after being fee’d to death with Suntrust. BB&T promised they would be different and told me they set up my account for the least fees possible. They lied. While that was in Tallahassee and didn’t have to do with this branch, it does now because I’ve moved down here and now do business at this branch.nnAfter going in about an issue with my account, I was met by Sophia, a banker with BB&T Seminole. She was rude, condescending, and honestly treated me like I was a child. I’m a grown woman with a bachelor’s degree who is working on her J.D. I am not uneducated in the least, but Sophia assumed that because I “look young” that she had to explain things to me at a 3rd grade level. Looking at other reviews, people have had the same rude, condescending experience here. Beyond this, Sophia did not help. She pushed the blame onto me (the customer) when the BB&T app was not functioning correctly—this is hardly the consumer’s problem when she can access more information about the app and attempt to rectify it than I could.nnI know other people personally who have used this branch with the same experience. I would not recommend this BB&T branch to anyone (unless you enjoy working with rude, condescending bankers like Sophia). While this branch does have other bankers who I haven’t gotten to work with yet, based on my experiences so far, I would recommend management have a serious talk with their employees about customer service, that sass and sarcasm does not belong in customer relations, and that the customer can make or break your business. Sure BB&T is now one of the largest banking conglomerates in the US, but if they keep treating their customers unfavorably, they won’t stay that way for long.
