After searching in every other shoe store in this mall and others in neighboring towns, I was finally able to get what I needed. I was looking for something that would support my foot that still suffers from an old basketball injury. Within minutes I had found a shoe that I thought may work. It had just the right amount of cushion and support but it was not the shoes that made the sale. These guys were SO helpful. I told one guy the situation and he immediately started brainstorming and even helping me pick out the right insoles! He got on his phone and looked up the best brand and style for me. The shoes fit perfectly and felt great. These guys made me feel heard and truly made sure these were the right shoes for me. I wish I had gotten this guys name but just know that if you need help picking out a pair of shoes, this store is the one for you.

Ordered the Puma Mario Dreamers after the fact the website cancelled my order saying they ran out of stock after I already ordered my shoes. First time trying to shop with this company terrible first impression.
Went school shopping with my nephew, who was looking for a specific kind of shoe. Footaction didn't have them in stock, but offered to order them and have them sent directly to the house. Nice customer service. A little pricey for my budget though.
Tyrone Mall Footaction is the place to buy your sneakers. My daughter had been waiting for Air Force Ones to come within her price range. They had what she wanted and was very helpful from the moment we entered. Michelle and her team did a good job. Thanks.
