Went to this location yesterday. Absolutely the worst customer service!!!nnI asked to speak to someone about my account and had to wait 45 minutes before I spoke to anyone.nnFinally the manager was completely unprofessional, brash, and dismissive.nnI decided to just leave. Might bank somewhere else. I don't recommend this location AT ALL
Terrible customer service the two lady's are sitten talking they told me to sit and a banker will be with me there is 3 people doin nothin and nobody in the waiting room so why couldn't I be seen in a fast manner less talking more working im not waiting all day wont be comin back here mc. Donald's is for people that dont know how to be professional not the bank wrong profession
Horrible treatment due to medical conditions I am unable to wear a mask. I was denied service by a teller even after being told it was due to medical reasons and under the county ordinance there is allowances for medical conditions and failure to abide is a violation of ada rules and regulations. It’s no different than telling someone in a wheelchair that they can’t enter a business in their wheelchair. Many many of the reasons to not use Wells Fargo even to cash checks. Btw had negative test results 30 minutes prior
