I would truly like to thank Mario Tercero for all the help that he gave me. He help me set up my iPhone and fix some problems with my account he was very patient and kind to me. The reason this is so important to me is my hands shake badly and I need help with a lot of things concerning my bank account and he took the time to do that. Thank you so much. Just opened a joint account with my wife. After setting an appointment a week and a half in advance we were made to wait still. Once the account was setup we went to check at the atm and found we had been locked out of our main checking. We tried to get this fixed and they made us wait another hour without apologies. Rude associates, poorly trained banker and absolutely no customer skills.
Customer service is completely non-existent. HORRIBLE!!! I've been with WF since 1997. No excuse. Apologies are worn out as well as responsibility. Ending my business with them soon!!!
Fast service. They have a very convenient notary public available. I have banked with them for years with no problems.
