I opened a account with them in February by march i moved out and because they didn't get a change of address right away they closed my account but they never contacted me in anyway to tell me they needed this change of address now in june i opened a now account card because i didn't get my normal check card in the mail but because they diddnt get the change of address they closed the account but they never called me or sent me a email they just sent me my. Money back and closed my account now they refuse to open a account for me for there mistake now i have no social security checks to pay rent this month because they never got back to social security yet they just are missing
Great Bank.. They work well with me and my needs. Very personable, helpful and actually try to please the customer. I am very satisfied and happy with their services and how they provide their services. They actually try to find ways to help me. The employees are very different from the other bank I work with across the street sometimes, Regions Bank employees are PLEASANT and PROFESSIONAL.. I am a very HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Thank you!
