Our company has been a customer of this particular branch for the last 3 years. It is always a pleasure to come to this branch because of the support that I get. People who work there are really friendly and helpful. I know them by name and they know me. Sometimes we have a banking issues and they are always solved fast. They are very personal, client oriented and proactive. I've banked with different banks before but this one is by far is the best one.
If you haven't had a chance to meet Brett Jahn, the Director over the Florida branches, then you haven't had the chance to meet an incredible person. I'm positive that he is a very busy professional, but he took time out of his day to meet with me PERSONALLY. He was friendly and welcoming. Not all banks are the same and Brett proved this to me! I cant think of a more incredible time that I have seen customer service on this level. Unbelievably impressed. Bank here. You wont regret it.
