It wasn't terrible but I honestly don't think I'll be back. The girl that was supposed to be helping us was moving so slow it looked like she didn't want to do her job or help us at all? Twice in one evening this happened. I recommend hiring/putting on a 3rd (fast paced) person on the weekends especially... we even shopped around & kept waiting for 20 min each time.
They were very helpful, I needed help with a special situation.. I rescued a very special kitty ud83dudc08 that is 11+yrs old and very underweight.. They took the time to understand my needs and even gave me samples to make sure I was happy before I spent money on something that the cat won't eat... thank you ❤ufe0fn#above&beyond
Ive been in this store 4 times in as many months. Never have i been ignored by employees more then the employees here. And 4 times no mask for 1 employee. Went today to look for snails and fish... No hello, No how may i help you! Nothing!!! I stood at the counter and nothing. I stood looking at the fish and maskless employee rushes past me saying its going to be a few minutes. No help and i walked out and qill not go back.
Amazing how they have grown, staff kind and friendly, helpful, store was clean. Covid guidelines practices in place
