I was a faithful customer and client here for 2 years and I do not recommend them any more. Please go look for a better vet and someone who actually care. Tried to make a return but they didn’t allow me but also couldn’t show me a policy on return. And told me to email yet no one respond to the email.nThey would not clean my father dog ear unless we basically spent $300 on other cost. They will find every way to get money from you.
The new hours are very inconvenient.nWent one night right after 7 pm and closed.nWent next morning and someone leaving register and I said could you help me and she said no have to go back here and randomly pointed to someone and said she will help you. She or nobody else paid attention to me and most of store was like a ghost town. So after being a regular customer for years I left and went across the street to Petsmart and they were wonderful. Maybe need more help..as people need jobs. No wonder most order on Chewy..their customer service is the BEST!nThen after I left I tried to call and speak about this to the Manager..but was so interrogated by the one answering the phone as to why I wanted Manager..I said never mind and hung up.
Our dogs can only eat special food because of their allergies. Royal Pets Market is the only place that has it. We buy all out pet food here. Every 10th bag is free. We take our German Shepherd every month for grooming and be de-shedded. They take such good care of him. He always comes out looking awesome.
Everything was great .love this place I felt like our dog(koda) was well taken care of
I would like to thank Kelly that is one of your groomers. I have a Bolognese puppy named Connoli I can't thank her enough for the fantastic grooming she performed on my Puppy.
