Store doesn't open until 12pm. love the clothing at Windsor store but it's a shame about the customer service. The women that work there clearly don't want to be there. One of the ladies that works there was amicable and gave me advise on some of the things I tried on but I did feel like asking her a question was a burden. The other lady that worked there appeared to have an attitude and didn't greet us as she opened the store. After having been shopping at Francescas waiting for the Windsor store to open the stark contrast in customer service was apparent. I advise training your staff in how to be cordial and kind to your customers.

Customer service is the worst I have gone several times to the store but it's because of the clothing, every time I go the customer service is terrible I asked them if they can bring down a dress or something for me and there are three girls none of them help they just say to ask another girl , sometimes they roll there eyes and walk away completely ignoring me, sadly this has happened more then once. It takes them 10 min to cash me out cuz they debate of who's gonna do it cuz none want to, I really think they should get replaced all of them are terrible and clearly don't wanna be there.

Need a nice dress for a classy night out? Windsor is your place to go !!!! Especially if you’re a last minute procrastinator like me. Lol. Lovely breathtaking dresses, from short to long. From slit to no slit. There are a variety of styles. You are very likely to find something you like here or need for just a night out.

There’s always an issue whenever you want to return something here, it’s honestly pathetic. The 1st time I wanted to return they said their system was down & they can’t make returns at the moment. 2nd time I wanted to return they said they can’t return my money back on my debit card cause the system is acting up & they can only put it on store credit. 3rd time I wanted to return they said they don’t have enough cash in the register & to come back later when they receive more cash from the customers. & Also every time you’re ready to check out the girls will always finish their conversation before even acknowledging you. Get it together.
