I don’t have a Regions account, but last Thursday when my car was overheating I pulled into the parking lot so my car wouldn’t burn out on me while driving. No one was there at the time. But I did have to wait for a tow truck to arrive and the morning staff was more than happy to let me stay and wait for my car to be towed. Offered me water and had no complaints nothing! Very professional!

Absolute worst bank I've ever had to experience. The staff at the location was always very helpful correcting the companies mistakes involving my checking account. Everyone told me not to bank with Regions, however I did anyways and I regret it everyday. Id like to give this place negitive stars. Please people do not bank with Regions you will constantly have issues.
Been with Regions for 6 years and I love them. If I have ever had an issue they were quick to fix it and very helpful. I visit this branch often and they are always very fast and friendly.
Customer service is EXCELLENT!nI have moved ALL of my banking to Regions for their awesome customer service and their great rates. Refinanced my mortgage a few years ago and both vehicles with them just last month.
