Had a great experience with Laurie McClave DeCresie refinancing our vehicles in less than a week. I have been a member of this credit union for many years. The tellers are helpful and friendly. There rates are comparable to a regular bank. I would recommend this place to anyone that is not looking to deal with a regular bank.
Had 3 car loans with FCCU, online banking is wonderful. I recommend to everyone! Just wish drive thru would tell people with issues to pull over and deal with them in another way for us people who just want to do a simple deposit. I understand ATM deposit which I do all the time but Cash I dont want to ATM deposit.
I opened an acct months ago. Never got my cards, I'm not depositing my check until I have access to my money. I called but can t get a live person. I work 8-5, nowhere near a branch. I finally got a reply to an email saying I had to deposit another 20 top grey cards. Fine, no problem bit thru won't mail them to me. I can't get to a branch and I want top use this bank but it seems they don't care.
Just not a nice place. Take advantage of the the poor. Black,white or brown. Unorganized terrible place. You would have better luck with a loan shark.I'm on Facebook. If any one wants answers .
