I went to the branch for my auto loan payment.. but it took me days to check that the cashier made a mistake. She posted my cash payment to my credit card instead of my auto loan. Smh. I'm glad I'm a month advance payment otherwise I will be charge for late payment fee .

I love this bank. They discover fraudulent use on my credit card and stopped it cold.nThey informed me and I verified it. My credit card stopped working for me then I found out I had hit some limits that( I )set. Good thing I kept my cool. Can't blame the bank for that one. I've been a member since it was 1st Union Bank 30 years ago. Keep up the good work. Thank you.//

When you wait 40 minutes on the phone to get transferred just for them to hang up on you and not help you. Sorry I have work and literally can’t afford to wait another 40 minutes, this bank has always been so incredibly difficult to get help and I can’t wait to finally switch banks.

Wells Fargo is a TERRIBLE bank to go with. I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks for my card to to be delivered. Yesterday ( 07/29/2019) the lady said she will Expedite my card through FedEx and She told me to call back if I didn’t receive a tracking number. Today ( 07/30/2019 ) I called back this morning and found out that the lady lied about shipping my card through FedEx. This is not a bank you want to go with terrible service and terrible employees. Don’t give them your money or time.

Best service ever! I had an opportunity to speak to Banker Alex and establish my business account. I was also introduced to Jon Banker who was super helpful and knowledgeable about my investing options. Chis the Manager was so pleasant to speak to and made me feel that they all truly cared for me. I moved everything from Bank of America because they are horrible. Reviewers that stated need more Tellers, try going into a Bank of America on a busy Friday and see only 1 Teller and no drive thru open and the complain about not having enough Tellers. Not even close. Wells Fargo extremely satisfied customer.
