This branch is unreal. Their branch business rep, kit Connolly, speaks to you in a condescending tone of voice. I came in with a simple question and was spoken to by him and the rep we connected by phone with in a tone that made me ask for my ID's back and got up to leave. If you are a small local ST Pete business, I can not urge you strongly enough to not even waste your time. Your time is your greatest asset and they will waste it.

This has easily been the best branch I have dealt with. After moving I continue to call them for their great customer service. I get checked in on occasionally and congratulated for major life events. Mark and Kit are exceptional at what they do and have made my life significantly easier and have helped me with many different questions and requests.

The service has been excellent for the few times I’ve visited this branch. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is super crazy here.nnThe last time I went in, they thought Chase doesn’t take travelers checks, but instead of just turning me away like other branches have done in the past, they actually looked it up in their regulations and had them deposited without a hitch.nPreviously at several other locations, I had to call the main chase help line and get them to tell the bankers there how to deposit the checks, or insist several times till they decide to look it up.nnThank you for your diligence, and keep up the good work!

I set up direct deposit from social security with all the social security paperwork in the amount of 1067 dollars and for a year now I have been only reviving 901 thay made up fake paper work saying I owe a loan which I do not ow back it was deferred. sex cult at the bank all day every day sex acts please investigate this branch on central ave st peterburg Florida.
