Genuinely, this is the WORST branch. They are super slow and understaffed. Whoever the manager is should be fired. Do better !! You guys suck !!
there drive through spaces are so small they need more spacenbut otherwise there service is excellent
Today myself and BOA customer Mr Brown had an awesome experience and turn around in the office today because of Associate Judelle Gaynor!. Our 3 to 4 day experience on the phone with others was nothing less than stressful and unsuccessful. Today Miss Gaynor displayed such compassion, patience, knowledge and professionalism and made sure All of our needs and concerns were successfully resolved to our satisfaction! Thank you once again Miss Gaynor we certainly are happy we came into the office today and you were there!. Some of the others that assisted with Mr Brown remaining your customer was Ashante Walker, and Annalisa by phone. Thank you for a job well done!
Pandemic or not, with 3 capable workers in office one customer shouldn't have to wait over 5 minutes for 1 worker to help 2 customers (myself and one person was in drive-thru). Simple transaction for a deposit to an account from a non member , typically 2 mins at my preferred branch when it was open. :(
Very ratchet branch. Would not recommend banking here
