I LOVE this location!! Richard & GiGi are my favorite!! We've been banking here for almost 4 years now and I don't think we will ever change again. We currently live in Loxahatchee and purposely drive all the way to this specific branch to handle our banking needs. Since COVID has struck the hours have changed and we are no longer allowed inside however with the amazing treatment we receive from this branch it doesn't bother us at all to wait in the drive through. Thank you for still working through this tough time!!!

Was the only place where I could find a business account with people that were well informed. They have been nothing but personal and professional. Gigi is a great point of contact for new accounts. Highly recommend this branch

Absolutely one of the BEST experiences I've ever had with BB&T. Mr. Antonio “Tony” Zapata, was so kind, professional, extremely accommodating and he was such A pleasure to deal with! Thank you Mr. Antonio “Tony” Zapata, for everything and addressing my concerns in such a professional manner! All to often people take the time to complain in this world, well I would like to take the time to commend you Mr. Antonio “Tony” Zapata, for a wonderful experience and a job well done! I certainly hope this is forwarded to corporate! I look forward to doing a lot more business with BB&T as long as it is with Mr.Antonio “Tony” Zapata !!

My husband has had horrendous service with this branch. He had a business and personal account. I feel awful because I told him to use BB&T. I am currently in the midst of pulling my account out and now my boss is pulling out his accounts.nHis business account was hacked for a wire transfer of $2,500. This was the exact same time everyone got the email and voicemail that they had an interruption an/or issue at BB&T Nationwide. They refuse to give him his money back. He did not authorize the wire and in order to do a wire online which is how this happened he would have had to sign a paper ahead of time which he did not. They refuse to help out the small business man. Makes no sense.
