My experience at this Chase Bank today was awful I was treated with disrespect by a manager who's name was Grace she didn't even want to give me her last name even though I asked for it. All I tried to do today is open an account and I couldn't do that and couldn't tolerate the disrespect.

Unfortunately I found the staff at this location to be on the unfriendly side. I had to take care of things at the branch when my husband died unexpectedly and I was not impressed with their level of help and kindness.

Went inside Chase for a quick notary for my daughter’s school, which only needed a single stamp. I’ve been to this location of Chase bank on 4 other occasions to get a notary service, and the people have always been on the unpleasant side but have still grudgingly provided the notarization. There was absolutely nobody else in the bank today, and after I got called into an office, the extremely unfriendly banker by the name of Joe rudely asked if I had a Chase debit card. After I replied no, he immediately said he cannot perform the notary service, even though I have my mortgage through Chase. He showed no remorse whatsoever and gave a fake apology, so I walked out. I just left TD Bank that was a few minutes away, and it was such a positive experience. The teller, Dolores, was extremely kind and considerate, and I was taken care of immediately, despite the fact that I am in no way affiliated with TD. She did the service for FREE, something Chase would never do. Stay away from Chase unless you want to waste your time with negative people and have an awful experience. Go to TD instead.
