Very nice tellers... however, only expect to see (at maximum) two working the counter at a time. And Bank of America CLOSED their perfectly good drive through lanes a long time ago at this location. It's a shame but the bank is obviously cutting services and conveniences in order to save money and enhance their profitability. They 'encourage' customers to use their ATM's and downloadable phone app instead of opening up the drive through lanes and hiring more staff. Bottom line is that you are getting less from this bank now than ever before (near zero interest earnings and reduced services).
Waited half hr to speak with an associate for help and she hang-up the line wthout any info provided. Very dispointed with the Bank of America service provided during this pendamic time.

Guess I’m going to have to take my money elsewhere since your drive through atms are pitch black at night.n2 nights in a row I’ve gone and both nights I’ve driven away due to not feeling safe depositing my cash
