I went here on a quest to find some new running shoes. The store was clean and employees were very informative and friendly. Made my journey worth the effort.

While you are able to find a good variety of shoes, certain sizes are almost impossible to find in any model. Some shoes display a price and when you go to the register the price is completely different. The cashier wasn't the nicest neither. It looks like it was issues with the previous client also, it took over 20 min to wait to pay, and I was literally the only person waiting in line while the cashier attended this other client.
I called to ensure a specific style, color, and size of shoe was in stock at the store. I was told they had it. I drove 40 minutes to go buy the shoes, they did not have the color or size I asked for. When I asked why I was told they had it in stock an excuse of “Oh we were probably really busy and didn’t check” was what I was given. They did order the shoes for me and had them shipped to my home, but it was a major inconvenience to drive a hour and 20 minutes round trip and leave empty handed when I wanted the shoes for an event that weekend. There was also I discount offered for their mistake which was pretty upsetting.
I recently bought some TOMS shoes at DSW and had quite an experience with the associates. DSW was out of my size, and a store associate told me they weren’t available anymore, even online. I went home and found them on the DSW site and purchased a pair for pickup in the store. Meh experience.nnI went to pick them up today and the associates (different ones) couldn’t find my order even though FedEx had marked them delivered. It took 15 minutes, they searched high and low, and the associate even called their distribution center on the phone to say that the box could not be found, and offered me a refund, new shipment, etc. Finally they found it in a corner: the shoebox had been completely smashed by FedEx during shipping and another employee had set it aside to replace the box. The shoes were fine.nnIt took a LONG time to do the pickup but I’m not complaining because the associate who helped me (I didn’t get her name) had just the right combo of calm and urgent to solve the problem. She was exactly the right person to make a bad situation better and I was impressed by how she handled the ghost box delivery.nnOverall, I’ve had mixed experiences at the store, but they’re doing some things well. I would shop here again.
