There was a young man at the register cashing me out I had to wait for him to finish having a conversation with the young guy that work there had dreads in his hair in order for him to ring me out they weren't busy it wasn't a lot of people in there I don't feel like it was fair that I had to wait for him to have a conversation with another employee until he rang me out. The other employee answer the phone very rudely didn't introduce his name or ask the customer how can I help you they need to work on their customer service skills there how to greet customers
