Walked in, greeted by female associate wearing a MESH mask and a male associate wearing mask under his chin. Walked out, many other boutiques I can spend my money at. Would've rather she have not worn a mask at all instead of patronizing with a mesh mask, most ridiculous thing I have seen!

Beautiful store with attentive service.
Best customer service! I bought a pair of glasses, after a week, it broke, Virginia, the lady worked there, helped me to return and sent me a new one! She is so sweet! She kept updating the process with me everyday. Thank you Virginia and thank you Ferragamo!
Though I stopped on a whim, wearing board shorts & flip flops with sand in my toes, Carla was such a big help. Thank you for everything! Every piece, men's & women's, were gorgeous!
