This is my first time with red wing,any way i already feel my feet very comfortable.
Jim customers service was very good. Five star great quality customer service. Although, some guy name I believe his name was Jonathan. He was very rude. Make sure you ask for Jim if you want premium customer service
Tried to go shop there today an they are locking customers inside/outside because they are only allowing 3 people in the store at a time. Actually locking their doors so you can't leave without an employee opening the door, couldn't even go in with my boyfriend because of this...so I'm just supposed to stand outside a locked facility?
My husband loves this place in general, but the customer service at the wpb location isn't very good. Our host had limited to nothing to say. We were guessing what to pick and his demeanor was not customer oriented. Poor. Think we will be online shopping as far as red wings
