The person Bre was just great so informative friendly listen to every word. Obviously vary confident explained the whole process clearly.nWill be back and recommend them. Our pup was well cared for a great grooming actually the best groom we have had.

There is never less than 8 people in line and never more than one cashier. BUT, the worst is ordering online for in-store pickup. Just because you received an email letting you know your items are ready does not mean they are. After multiple bad experiences at this location, we are going with PetSmart or Chewy from now on. Be warned.

Love this place!! Fun to watch groomers and classes in the store. Employees are always super nice and well educated.

One employee can damage your entire store. We went for an emergency shopping, looking for a UV light for our baby turtles. I asked this man(didn't catch his tag,but he is dark skin) cleaning a tank if he knew which one would be better for a 10 gallon, and he had this attitude started saying that I needed a bigger tank.i said: this is what we have for now. And he gave me this look and attitude,man... what a bad face for the company. We wanted not only that, but snails and shrimps.... its okay to give advice if asked, but if you don't know the situation you have no right to have a judgemental attitude towards a customer.. Now we are on our way to a different pet store. Never back in that Petco.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I cam here for my puppy’s first hair cut, I got turned away and was told to put him in training there because he growled at a groomer. My puppy shih tuz is trained but this was his first grooming session and they didn’t even give him a chance to get comfortable. I feel as for a pet store who deals with many animals should understand and they should know how to deal with anxious puppy’s. Also my dog is a baby literally not that big at all so we shouldn’t have been turned away. If it’s your puppy’s first haircut I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.
